What makes the Indian Rock unique?

Location: Our secluded little inn is located at a big bend in the Delaware River tucked into the mountainside of the Pallisades Cliffs. Our neighbor at the Indian Rock is Mother Nature herself.

View: Because of the extreme geography of our location, the view from your room is unique among the Inns of Bucks County. Every room comes with a river view that is striking in any season.  Your can watch the sun set from our dining rooms and deck.  Magnificent!

Style: Rustic is the best word to describe how our inn feels. We are not  frilly or Victorian.  We believe that there is beauty in simplicity.

Food: Chef and baker Val Roy Gerischer’s unique style is a blend of Mediterranean cuisine from Spain, France, and Italy with American Country Classics.

Price: All of the above combine to make for a unique value in Bucks County lodging.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:

Room 2 —This is a cozy room on the second floor. It has a side view of the Delaware River. There is a queen size bed, an individual heating/ cooling unit and a private bath with a shower. In addition there is a love seat and writing desk.

Room 3 —This room is on the second floor and has a front on view of the Delaware River. There is a queen size bed, an individual heating/ cooling unit and a private bath with a shower. One of the charms of this room is the exposed brick wall with a rustic sculpture assembly.

Room 4 —This room is on the second floor and has both front and side views of the Delaware River. It is spacious, light and airy. There is a queen size bed, an individual heating/ cooling unit and a private bath with a shower. There is a rustic table and chairs in the room that can be used for writing or dining.

Room 6 —This room is on the third floor and has a full frontal and side view of the Delaware River. There is a queen size bed, an individual heating/ cooling unit and a private bath with a shower.

Room 7 — This room is on the third floor and has a front and side view of the Delaware River. There is a queen size bed, an individual heating/ cooling unit and a private bath with a shower. The view from that elevation is spectacular.

Room 8 — This room is on the third floor and has a sideview of the Delaware River. There is a queen size bed, an individual heating/ cooling unit and a private bath with a shower and tub. It has a small writing desk and a television set tucked into the armoire that is hooked up to the satellite receiver for the building. It is also the largest of our rooms

All of our rooms are furnished with simple country antiques befitting an inn built in 1812.

Guests may take advantage of our commons room on the second floor that has a satellite television, small refrigerator, a coffee maker and and desk. There are also books to read and comfortable furniture to lounge in.

Guests may also take advantage of the back decks on the second and third floors. These have tables and chairs and a view toward the river or the verdant sandstone cliff behind the building.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Rooms 2,3 and 4 are pet friendly.

Free wifi throughout the inn.

Weekend Rates: May 1 through November 30 $130.00 – $160.00

Holiday and Special Events Rates, Year Round: $135.00 – $165.00
2 Room Suite: Weekdays $185, Weekends $250 from May 1 – November 30, $250 from December 1 – April 30, Holidays/Special Events: $275.00

Every room comes with:

Policies
* All Room Rates are based on double occupancy. $20.00 per person, per day for 3rd or 4th person age 10 or older, and $25.00 per person, per day for holidays or Special Events.
* Pets are welcome (let us know they are coming), at the rate of $20.00 per pet for the length of your stay, and $25.00 per pet, for holidays or Special Events.
* All Room Rates are per night plus 6% PA sales tax and 3% PA occupancy tax.
* Children are always welcome and little ones under 10 stay for free.
