DELAWARE SALAD:
Mixed greens, belgian endive and grape tomatoes with a walnut cranberry vinaigrette

ALL AMERICAN ROASTED TURKEY:
Oven roasted Turkey with traditional accompaniments of apple walnut dressing and mushroom gravy with mashed or roasted potatoes, green bean almondine and candied sweet potatoes

Oven roasted Virginia ham with an apple mustard glaze with mashed or roasted potatoes, green bean almondine and candied sweet potatoes

PRIME RIB:
Herb crusted prime rib au jus with mashed or roasted potatoes, green bean almondine and candied sweet potatoes

STUFFED FLOUNDER:
