Potato Leek Soup: Potatoes and leeks in cream

Shrimp Bisque Soup: Shrimp and cream with herbs

House Salad: Field greens with plum tomatoes tossed with balsamic or vanilla vinaigrette

Shrimp Cocktail: A classic shrimp cocktail with a tangy sauce



Second Course:

Choice of One:

Roast Duck: Maple Leaf Farms duck served with a cherry brandy sauce

Rack of Lamb: Half rack New Zealand Lamb with a mustard, garlic and rosemary glaze

Petit Filet Mignon: Filet With your choice of red and green peppercorn butter, blue cheese sauce or maitre d’hotel butter

Prime Rib au Jus: Oven Roasted Herb and Salt Rub Prime Rib served with aus jus

Stuffed Flounder: Stuffed with shrimp and crab in a champagne cream sauce

Veal: Sauteed veal served with a fresh wild mushroom sauce

All entrees are served with starch and a seasonal vegetable

Heart Shaped Creme Brulee: Traditional creme brulee in a special Valentine's Day dish

White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake: One of our signature dishes in a special Valentine's Day Edition
