Watercolor Landscapes and House Portraits by Carol Ross
Floral Botanicals by Nancy Plass
The Indian Rock Inn & Restaurant continues our tradition of supporting the arts of Bucks County Pennsylvania and Hunterdon County New Jersey with our current art exhibit. Our Delaware Room and the Canal Dining Room are adorned at present with a group of original watercolor paintings by two local artists, Carol Ross and Nancy Plass. Carol Ross has done some superb renditions of homes in and around Frenchtown. She accepts commissions for house portraits and does a superb job. Nancy Plass’s floral watercolors are delicate, full of color, and beautifully executed. All of the artwork displayed is available for purchase and more of Carol's work can be seen at Louisa Melrose in Frenchtown.
Next time you are in for lunch or dinner, make sure to look around and see if there is something that catches your eye. What a wonderful gift to give someone. You will also be giving the gift of support to local artists.
