New Years Eve 2011: Saturday, December 31st, 2011

FIRST COURSE:
- OYSTER STEW.
- MINNESOTA WILD RICE SOUP
SECOND COURSE:
- STRAWBERRY SALAD: Spinach, strawberries, crumbled blue cheese with balsamic vinaigrette
- U. B. E, SALAD: Mixed greens, tomatoes, carrots, with vanilla vinaigrette
- CAESAR SALAD: Traditional Caesar with garlic croutons
THIRD COURSE:
- MANCHESTER FARMS QUAIL: Grilled with five spice honey glaze
- SILVER DOLLAR MUSHROOMS: Stuffed with crab meat
- SMOKED TROUT PATE: Served with toast rounds
- ASPARAGUS PUFFS: Goat cheese, asparagus, and pesto in puff pastry
- SHRIMP COCKTAIL: Traditional chilled shrimp with red cocktail sauce
FOURTH COURSE:
- SEAFOOD RUSTICA: Combo of shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, crab, in herbed cream sauce
- VEAL WITH WILD MUSHROOMS: Served with rosemary demi glaze
- STUFFED FLOUNDER: With shrimp, crabmeat in champagne cream sauce
- RACK OF LAMB: Half rack with honey, mustard, and rosemary glaze
- FILET MIGNON: With maitre d’hotel butter, au poivre or bleu cheese sauce
- DUCK L’ORANGE: Half roast Duck with orange
- ROASTED RACK OF VENISON: Spiced rubbed with coriander, cumin, green pepper, black pepper, shallots, and garlic
(All of the above main course selections are served with chef’s selection of potatoes or rice and fresh vegetables)

- DESSERT: A selection of desserts all made at the Indian Rock Inn.
