Indian Rock Inn Wins 2 Primetime A&E 2005 Dining Awards
This past year the arts and entertainment magazine Primetime based in New Hope visited the Indian Rock and gave us one incredible review and nominated us for several dining awards. Yesterday the January issue came out and the Indian Rock scored two “Other Stars” Awards with some incredible competition.
Val Roy Gerischer’s Tuna Agrodolce made with yellowfin tuna grilled with onions, raisins, and plum tomatoes atop tumeric rice won a Star Award for Best Entree, and his famous and highly sought-after Mushroom Soup that is an incredible pureed cream soup made with domestic, shitake, portabello and chanterelle mushrooms won a Star Award for Best Soup.
The Indian Rock’s owner’s Tom and Beverly Schweder and Chef Val would like to thank Primetime Magazine for their generosity in visiting us and for the awards.
